Medical Forms and Medications

All adults and youth must have the current BSA Medical Form properly signed to stay at camp. The information must be on the BSA medical, signed by a doctor. No other forms can be used. We understand that some pediatricians are reluctant to fill out some summer camp medical forms, but we cannot allow any exceptions.

Upon arriving in camp on Sunday, please bring all medications to the health officer at Ho-Ho-Kus lodge immediately. All information on medications and dosages must be signed off by the appropriate medical professional as indicated on Section B of the BSA Medical Form. All medications must be in their original packaging.

Visitation

NoBeBoSco does not allow visitation. State of New Jersey regulations require that all adults present in camp be registered members of the Boy Scouts of America. Except during check-in and check-out, no unescorted unregistered adults are permitted in camp. If you come to camp to pick up or drop off your son or to bring items for your son, please report directly to the camp office. A scoutmaster or assistant scoutmaster from your troop must be present in order to sign-in or sign-out your son.
