Writing your Scout
You can send mail to your scouts at, be mindful of travel time when sending mail / packages:

Medical Forms and Medications
All adults and youth must have the current Medical Form properly signed to stay at camp. The information must be on the Scouting America medical, signed by a doctor. No other forms can be used. We understand that some pediatricians are reluctant to fill out some summer camp medical forms, but we cannot allow any exceptions.
Upon arriving in camp on Sunday, please bring all medications to the health officer at the Health Lodge immediately. All information on medications and dosages must be signed off by the appropriate medical professional as indicated on Section B of the Scouting Medical Form. All medications must be in their original packaging.
Visitation
No-Be-Bo-Sco does not allow visitation. State of New Jersey regulations require that all adults present in camp be registered members of the Scouting America. Except during check-in and check-out, no unescorted unregistered adults are permitted in camp. If you come to camp to pick up or drop off your Scout or to bring items for your Scout, please report directly to the camp office. A Scoutmaster or Assistant Scoutmaster from your troop must be present in order to sign-in or sign-out your Scout.
Drop Off / Pick UP
Your troop may make different arrangements for drop off, the camp gate will open at 1pm. No one should plan to arrive before this time. Closing ceremonies begins around 9:15am on Saturday, with most people heading out of camp before 10:30am. Please consult with your Troop leadership.
